What types of food do you eat when you are sick and need to eat?

I have no fever, no vomiting, nor diarrhea. I just don't feel well, slightly nauseous, tired, have not eaten all day, and feeling woozy.

I love eating Okayu when I'm sick - it's a japanese rice dish and really easy to make + it contains ginger and other healthy stuff so it never fails to make me feel better in an instant, I almost prefer it over medicine :)

i you have a fever its good to fast when sick. animal;s won't eat when they are ill.. fasting clears out toxins. you heal quicker. have juice if you feel shaky. but avoid solids.

Sometimes a light soda works wonders on a upset stomach, so I'm quick to grab a sprite or ginger ale. Outside of that, crackers or bread are always a good idea.

I usually don't eat when I'm sick and I'm fine the next day don't feed the sickness but I would drink some chicken broth so I could get something in my system

I rarely get sick anymore since I changed my diet but when I was sick my grandma used to make me potato soup. I never knew how she made it but it was really spicy but good.

Fruit, protein shake, or vegetable juice or broth.
also rice congee!!! So good with a little fish and salt or shredded sweet potato

Tons of fruit and veg. For dinner I typically have something like miso soup

i just drink tea then maybe vegetable juice. it comes out anyway and liquid doesn´t hurt when it comes out xD
