It sounds like you're at a good weight, but weight really doesn't mean anything. It's body composition that's important. You could be 115 and still flabby, or you could be 140 and have single-digit body fat. So forget about the scale and go by what you see in the mirror.
If you have extra fat on your body and it's bothering you, get rid of it. The main issue sounds like your diet. Do you eat a lot of processed, starchy carbs like breads and pastas? That alone will keep fat on you and make it hard to get lean. You can eat a lot, but it has to be the right foods, i. e. veggies and meats. Cut out all starchy carbs (tough, I know) and watch what happens. I've seen girls who were soft lean up in a matter of weeks just by making that change alone.
It's all about dedication. Most people aren't driven enough to get really lean. For me, I won't tolerate fat on my body, so I do what it takes to get rid of it. I haven't had a cheat meal in months because I'd rather be lean than taste pizza or ice cream. Just decide what your priorities are and go for it. Remember that diet is key, though. You won't get really lean without changing that.

I think curvy or athletic would fit you best. The typical "standards" in today's era isn't quite logical, as the ideal model is overly skinny. My best advice to you would be to just be yourself. You shouldn't have to fancy others to live life to its fullest and enjoy every breath you take.
Your BMI is 22.4 which is an ideal average and since you have a lot muscle its even an ideal BMI. So you are the most normal person there is. Being thin, or appearing thin is also a matter of bone structure. I would certainly not loose weight. You have a good muscle/fat ratio, keep it. And its normal you are hungry because by sporting 5-6 days a week your body wants energy.
You're a teenager who leads a very active life. Your body is already telling it's hungry as it is. It doesn't sound like you need to lose any weight at all. If I had to guess I'd say you're athletic.
