If you feel nauseated so you don't feeling like eating... But if you have to eat to have meds, what would you have?
I know Koreans only eat kanji when they aren't feelig well. But i do not like it :( yuk 😖😫
I either have chicken soup or phò :) hehe I always have phò though. It makes me feel better and it's comfort food for me.
When I kept getting sick when I was in high school, dad use to take me to the doctors located in an Asian market. And after going to the doctors he treated me for phò, hehe good times.
I don't know if this will work for you but I usually have crackers, soup, ginger ale, and I heard that bananas are good for preventing vomiting/throwing up :) Curious to see what other people recommend. Feeling nauseous is the worst so I hope you feel better! :)
Something very bland like chicken soup. It really worked for me. I just googled that apples, bananas, chicken broth, crackers, water, nuts, mint, and ginger can help relieve nausea :D Lots of fluids are important of course.
I've had ragi kanji (is this spelled right?) and it was so nasty! LOL
When I'm nauseous I usually try to stick with fresh fruits and some starchy foods, like potatoes.

Something light on the stomache to pass thru? I dont eat much but something hot and liquidy is good. Chicken soup maybe from the cans.
Don't eat solid foods such as Apples, chicken, ham, etc. Eat stuff like Apple sauce, or soups. Something that isn't too thick because your stomach might not be able to handle it. It needs something easy it can break down and drink plenty of fluids. Not soda, but gatorade and water is probably your best choice.. Juices are ok too, but watch your sugar intake.
The same thing has been happening to me. I usually just eat crackers, toast, and if I'm feeling a little better Pringles- don't judge it's true
I usually have dry goods like crackers, plain toast, pasta on its own, and fresh fruit. They're the only things I can stomach when I'm ill.
Toast. And I also drink stock (mix one of those stock cubes with water).
I eat a lot of fruit. Somehow that I can always eat.
Chicken soup is the standby for me when I am miserable
Something easy.. Bread, crackers, salty broth, maybe some tea.
Starchy, low acid foods are best
Chicken noodle soups with sprite. Ramen noodles. Fried Rice with with chicken basically Asian food as noodles/rice are easy on the stomach.
white soda crackers & Coca Cola to settle the stomach
Toast with butter, or Rice Krispies and I drink flat 7up
Something light and not heavy... like fruits or milkshakes... Or only rice
