I am new to the gym and I really want to use the squat rack but I noticed that the height of the bar is always too high up for me. I dont want to make a fool out of myself trying to change it so could anyone tell me how to ( Do you have to unscrew something or just pull it out?) ? :)
just ask a cute guy at the gym to help you out. sounds like you're a beginner, and for squats, the MOST important thing is to keep a proper form. If you're a beginner and using a squat rack, you might execute the movement wrong and get way less impact and even risk injuries. just ask someone to help, basically everyone who goes to the gym is helpful, because they remember where they started from.
