Girls, why do some women get involved with body building?

First of all, I know that they are doing it for themselves and yes 'not every thing women do involves attracting men' etc. But still, except for a small minority, most men are turned off by muscular women. Why do you think these women do it?

Stefan-Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I find "bodybuilding women on roids" very attractive (though I would describe them differently). Why do we all have to like the same thing and divide into "normal" and "abnormal"?

Whatever floats your boat. I like a woman that works out and looks fit, not a woman with bigger defined muscles than me. When women take steroids, they when begin to take on more manly attributes and most are irreversible.

Because they want to be fit and look great in clothes. Working out and building muscle gives you this satisfaction that feels so amazing and really boosts your confidence.

Not sure about what reasons other women build muscle but I mentioned my reasons above^^

Because they like it. I grew up with female body builders and they just liked doing it. They said they thought it was fun.
And I can see why weights are tons of fun.
