When you find out please let me know. I know that women are born to eat for two thats why we dont do well with being hungry even off our periods. But im sure their has to be something herbal that helps with urges during the time of the month. I know birth control doesn't stop cravings or side effects or periods. I don't know how old you are but when i get cravings and can't find somethings to fulfill that void , i turn to my boyfriend ans have sex. Since we are programmed to want to what ans gain weight for that bay we are supposed to have and want sex to get pregnant. I exchange that food craving for sex and ususally im satisfied afterwards

It's really better to ride the wave. If you're really hungry at times, it's probably because you have nutrient deficiencies. Pay attention to these cravings and do a quick search for what they could indicate.

I experience this as well. For me it helps to go for a run. You didn't mention this, but I also experience large mood swings, so the exercise gives me endorphins to help with that, and it takes away my "hunger" (or cravings) for a while too :)
I don't think you can , because PMS makes us want that. I always want unhealthy food, and that's not good. But you can condition yourself to not eat so much.
