im 16 and a junior in high school this year.. I'm 5'1 and weigh 145 pounds.. This year I will also be going to a new school. The school I went to last year didn't have these sports so I did kickboxing.. I'm in okay shape.. I can run 3 miles in 25 minutes and I've been doing that the last week.. I also do a few ab workouts and home and squats.. I just really need tips on how to prepare for these? Help.. Nothing rude please and thank you in advance.
