The below photo collage I created, is in fact my inspiration. You may not see any difference in either of the progress shots, but as you can read, it takes longer for everyone else to notice. I can see where the progress is, I've lost fat and gained some muscle, I can tell the difference and I'm happy. I am my own inspiration. Yes others inspire me also, but sometimes we have to inspire ourselves. Tell me, do you inspire yourself?
Yes I am my own inspiration as well. I've seen all the changes I've made and how I regained control over my life and I have never been more inspired. Not only the weight loss but my skin, muscle, perspective, anxiety, depression, and overall self awareness has improved x20. I've learned to love myself and I never thought I would. It just feels great to be a self motivator.😁😁😁😁😁😁
