Should I stop drinking soda?

I don't exactly think you're drinking a ridiculous amount of coke but it wouldn't hurt to cut down. Just don't substitute it with other drinks that are acidic or have lots of sugar in them e. g. juice, some brands of iced tea. It might be better for your bones but it won't help your teeth lol

I slowed down my soda drinking to 2-3 times a week from 3-4 times a day back in March. I feel a little better overall. An occasional one won't hurt, but I suggest do like you said and drink Iced Tea or drink flavored water or juice

Drink water, water, and more water! Iced tea can be just as bad. Water fills you up and it makes up the majority of your body, so you can always use more.

Soda is horiible , I don't eat a lot of sweets period. Soda is actually a dessert for me , Which I had to cut back on. It's not good for you at all. I was told a half a can of soda is sugar.

Have you ever considered drinking water? Because I don't think Iced Tea is really that much better than coke. The sugar is what damages your health, which Iced Tea is full of.
