OK, but even so called high protein foods that are low calorie like yogurt has more carbs than protein! The only food rich with protein is meat and egg which is high in fat and calories.
Confused? Also any recipe recommendations?
I suppose I could just eat tofu and protein shakes everyday... (I do eat very balenced, but I can never eat more protein than carbs)
I understand what's good in the sense of fish and vegetables and grains and all, so thanks for all the new info. I suppose stop worrying about protein and carbs and just eat good nutritional food?
