Omg I have the same thing! For a while I was looking really toned, but now I've gained 2 inches on my waist, but I've actually lost weight, so I don't know what's up. It's frustrating and I really can't offer advise just support but I find that eating small meals often and never eating to the point of fullness helps.

You are developing muscle under your belly fat which is causing your stomach to look bigger, you need to go running and do cardio so that fat melts off and your abs can reveal
other than that, you just might be pregnant

Besides all the other comments it could be a change in your diet. Have you added anything that you had only once in a blue moon or even never and jumped into eating it everyday? Sometimes your body needs to adjust to an add or subtract in your diet and "freaks out". When i mean freak out I'm referring to the bloating.

Sometimes people get bloated when they're not drinking enough water. It could also be your period - weight loss will change the PMS symptoms you experience.
It could actually be gluten, some people have or develop an intolerance to it.
You could have Irritable Bowel Syndrome / Lactose Intolerance / Lower Bowl Obstruction
You could be having your period soon or you could have an intolerance to gluten

The bloating part is not fat though, right? Just like it would be when your bladder is full?Do u take supplements or drink protein? Have u increased ur water inake?
you might have glutten intolerance. cut off EVERYTHING that contains glutten in your diet and see how it goes... .
You need more fiber and natural yogurt and stuff.
