Girls, Help me.. Do you think I could be pregnant?

Period was 10 days late.. I thought it started today but after I had tampon in for 6 hours there was no blood on it.. Do you think this could be implanation bleeding? Could I be pregnant?

I've also had cramping today and mild nausea every now and then throughout the week

I've taken 3 pregnancy tests earlier this week and they were all negative

Your period can be delayed by hormonal changes / imbalances / being too thin or too overweight / exercising too much or stressing yourself out too much - not eating a healthy enough diet or being new to getting periods and not having adjusted to the cycle yet etc... so I would not worry about it. If the pregnancy test says you are not pregnant and you had one done RECENTLY - then you are probably not pregnant.

it sounds like you're about to get your period. If you were pregnant I'd say it would be too early for you to be having typical pregnancy symptoms, which confusingly enough are nearly identical to menstrual periods. I'd only start to get worried if you still hadn't got your period after a month

Not trying to jump in your business But evidently you said you taken 3 pregnancy tests earlier this week and they were all negative... Which means you had an entire week to go to the doctor. The doctors office is never closed for an entire week liar😂😂😂✋🏾
