1.) Thigh gaps are not important. Almost all guys don't care one bit about thigh gaps.
2.) Smaller portions is one thing, but eating healthier food is the main thing. Try to avoid fried food and go more towards meals like salad. If you have salad though, you need to be careful on how much dressing you put on. Salad dressing is often pretty fat filled. In any case, make sure you get a well balanced diet.
3.) Do small snacks throughout the day rather than big meals. It is easy to overeat with big meals.
4.) Don't overdo it on portion control! This is a common mistake people make. They assume less food = more weight loss. Yes, you do want portion control, but you absolutely do not want to starve yourself. Starving yourself is not only unhealthy for you, but will trigger your body to go into survival mode. If it does that, it won't burn fat and will try to store any nutrients it can.
5.) Exercise. I don't know about Bowflex, but you want to make sure to exercise enough until you feel a burn-- that is muscle building and fat burning. However, you don't want to overexert yourself. It is ok to take breaks as you work out as long as you set goals and reach them before the break. Drink plenty of water. Make sure you stretch thoroughly before you exercise-- you don't want to injure yourself.
6.) Boobs. As far as I know, there is no specific way to get skinny without any boob shrinkage. I mean, boobs are just pockets of fat in a sense. HOWEVER, if you are worried about guys, know that many don't care about smaller boobs. They're happy with any. Hell, if you are worried about feminine features, add squats to your workout routine to shape up the butt.
If you want a fun way to learn exercise tips and things to eat and stuff, binge watch Biggest Loser. I do it. They give random exercise tips and meals that actually are beneficial. Plus it is pretty motivational too.

I've noticed you before. It's not healthy being so hard on yourself all the time. My best advice is to make a routine. Dedicate just one hour to working out. It's more manageable like that.
1. Thigh gaps are rare and even if you become thin, there is no guarantee you will get one. I know many thin girls who don't have one, but I'm average weight (5'7" and 140) and I have one because of my bone structure. Not because of my weight.
2. Smaller portions will definitely help a ton initially, but to get to where you want eating a more balanced diet is ideal. The main thing that helped me was to quit drinking soda and cut out a lot of sugary foods I enjoyed.
3. Don't obsess over what guys think of your body. You do you, boo. A good guy will love you for who you are, not for how big your boobs are. Trust me on that one, it isn't as important as you think.
4. More then half the battle is your mindset. No you won't be able to lose that much weight quickly (without serious problems such as loose skin, diet deficiency, etc) but something that needs to change is your perspective. You should only lose weight for you and no one else. No one else matters but you and your love for your body. It is yours, don't abuse it. Your mindset needs to shift to focus on what you want and not how others view you.
I have faith in you. Good luck on your journey <3
I am going to be straight up with you, loosing wieght isn't easy it will take at least a few months to loose 80 pounds I would defenetly ask your doctor for some advice. I would concider taking red meat out your diet and comsuming less sweets. You should exersice five times a quick, at least half an our a day.
