For about 3 months I've been trying to improve my heart health and I'm getting stuck at a mark.. A very weak mark and I can run for abit 2-3 minuets until my calves get tired and really burn
so I thought 'you could push your calves for better endurance and do another exerice straight after that doesn't involve calves) and that's what I did.. When my calves burn like hell I switch exercises.
anyone know any exercises that don't work the calves that I could include in my cardio workouts?
also tips outside of the calve endurance would also be greatly appreciated
