well assuming you train a lot you body will adpat to meet newer physilogical demands that is required of it during physical activity leading to the msucles and the cardio vasucalr system ( which includes your veins) to change physically and become more adapted to the task which could have made them change to become better at pumping the blood around your body : )
so yeah unless you are in pain or have a medical condition its normal : )

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, but I'd keep an eye on it and visit the doctor if it gets any worse.
Veins tend to become more visible as we age. Our skin begins to thin out earlier than women. So it could just be that.
As I've said, keep a close eye to it and any other change.
