How many calories to lose weight?

Hey There

I'm a 20 year old female who weights about 220 lbs and is 5'6. My desired weight goal is to be 160 lbs in the one year from eating a healthy diet, exercise and other healthy factors as well. I'm wondering what would be a good calorie intake for me would be when it comes to losing one pound a week. I do light activity like brisk walk about three times a week for about 30 minutes. I do a low impact cardio once a week for about almost a hour. I was thinking of consuming 1800 calories a day to lose weight and do light exercise 3-5 times a week for 30-45 mins. Does this sound healthy and safe?
