Girls, does anyone have any weightloss success stories with lasting results?

I put on some weight over the past two years. I went from a size 8 to a 14. I have changed my diet significantly about a month and a half ago and I am now a 12. I use my fitness pal and am eating 1400 calories a day. I have cut back on bread and cut soda. I am also eating a LOT of fruit. I just started incorporating biclycling a couple weeks ago.

I attended a gym today and got a wonderful workout. I am starting my membership there as well. I am just wondering what has worked for you ladies. I want to keep the weight off this time! My goal is around a 6 or an 8 again. I want to reach this goal by October. Any tips?
