Well sports can help you channel it and not worry about hurting yourself or anyone, and help build up some muscle and strength.
Otherwise, you can try with things that you enjoy and relax you. For me, it's going to an art museum, an aquarium, or a museum in general. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I love history and art and fishes, so it's perfect for me. I also do jiu-jitsu and I'm not strong either, but I am in a sport that is full of encouraged hitting and taking hits, self-defense and relaxation for me.
I also write out my anger, which helps.
Just gotta find something that relaxes you and you should be good. It varies with the person, but it helps.
My brother draws pictures. I can tell when he's pissed by what he's drawn and how it looks. But he claims it helps.
Or we watch a funny movie together.
Or I let him vent at me.
Just depends.
