yea so I have had some backpain for a week now itmdoesnt hurt a lot but whenever I run or jump it's seems to hurt a little what are some ways of fixing this? by the way I have circus training tomorrow so if there are any quick ways please tell me

around you who know how to, you should see if
you could get either a massage, or acupuncture.

if that doesn't help within 1-2 weeks go see a chiro
Um try taking a warn bath and use a heating pad my back been hurting a lot recently toi
