Well, you can't force them to grow. Haven't you asked the dentists these questions? I'm sure she'll be able to give you better answers than people on the internet who are most likely not dentists.
For what it's worth, one of my ex-boyfriends only had 24 teeth. The missing ones never ended up growing. It was a genetical thing.
You should talk to your parents and to your dentist. With the help of x-rays she should be able to tell if those teeth are about to come or not. Also, I am no doctor but I'm sure she should be able to tell you more than "they better come". Perhaps get an appointment with a different dentist.
