Whats the best way to rid of cystic pimples?

So I get one or two pimples once a month. They have no puss but creates the biggest marks on my face - these pimples are known as cystic acne. Right now, I have two red/brown pimples on my face and they don't seem to go away. My dermatologist prescribed me an acne gel, and it has made the rest of my face clear. But these two pimples just want to stay. Has anyone tried something they'd like to share? I don't like to wear makeup to cover them. I just want my face to be completely clear :( I feel so jealous of people who have such amazing skin.

Search up Nina and Randa on YouTube. There's really no other way to cure it for good unless you make a change in diet. Acne is a symptom, not an issue in itself. You can use all the products in the world but you won't truly cure is unless you find what's causing the acne and change that. Processed foods and dairy and major causes.
