First of all, stay away from bright screens
a little while before you plan on going to bed.
Bright screens, such a tv, pc, phone and such
will mess with your head, when you try to sleep.
Chamomile tea, is know to have
relaxing effects, and cause an easier time
falling asleep.
Also, a method insomniacs use to fall asleep
is that they lie completely still for half an hour (you can breathe of course)
and that will put even the insomniacs in a slumber.'
A friend of mine ( @Mesonfielde ) suggested a thing for me
that I could get, that would reduce the brightness of screens.

I usually would have a glass of war milk with honey nd mayb a warm shower.
After that i would try nd relax my mind. To do that Id think: well its ok if i dont sleep. At least I am resting.
If I can't sleep I just go do stuff until I do feel like sleeping :)

The more you think of being unable to sleep and The more you start feeling bad about it the less chance u have to finally fall asleep bcz that keeps your mind working. And u need to keep it relaxed.
Whatcha thinking? What are you doing, eating, etc to blot out the thoughts and emotions that you are having?
umm.. read a book... or maybe warm milk...
