Going back to school for Cosmetics. I am excited, it's what I've wanted to do since sixteen years old. However I am 25, turning 26 this October and have recently been dianosed with Anxiety (mild). Though I am excited to go I have a sense of being scared or nervousness. I really wish for this feeling to go away (also weather has changed a bit and it does make my mood change a little. Does anyone every get like that too when weather changes?). I just need some tips or tricks that works. My mom just told me that I need to stop overthinking, it will be okay and that if I don't do this I will regret not going when I am older (which is true) and that I just need to do this because it's what I have been told by a lot of people to go for.
Walking is a win-win. Hormones are released from the bottom of your feet as you walk. Plus following through on a commitment to walk will build confidence, countering anxiety. Even better; walk with a friend. Connection counters anxiety.

Confront and conquer is the only way I know how to beat anxiety. The weather does affect my mood, but it's OK to change a with the seasons. It's nature.
Just stay a little bit blanched and you should be fine.
The old water bottle with vodka in it should suffice but remember to go easy on it.

Yes, I get anxiety while it is winter. Lack of sunshine maybe.
