I know it shouldn't be an issue having like 8 hours sleep, which means I could stay awake for 2 hours longer. That would give me A LOT more time.
How do you get this into a natural thing. I know most of you will probably say just go to bed 2 hours later then usual, but it'll leave me next level tired and less functional, but it really shouldn't be fucking things up getting 8 hours of sleep instead of 10.
