I eat healthy most of the time. I will admit I had a binge day today. I had two specialty flavored hot dogs at a gas station, and I bought two king size Reese's candybars and almost ate them both!

But i want to live a more minimalist life (just more purposeful and less wasteful) so I'm slowly working to change that.
