How can I get myself to lose weight?

I'd really like to start eating more healthy, drinking more water, and LOSING WEIGHT.
Luckily for me, I have my advantages being a teen: fast metabolism and due to genetics, an even faster metabolism. But I have always kept up the same, boring, and unhealthy routine. I binge, starve then repeat the process more times than I can count. I would really like to just start eating healthy. I'm not a big fan of fruits and veggies and water tastes boring to me. I guess those are the consequences of never eating right. I'm pretty sure this has also caused my metabolism to slow so i've been gaining weight. So how can I keep up a healthy diet, drink more water, and lose weight?
