First of all, if you are not used to doing exercise, you need to work up to doing so many in a day. You can over exert or injure yourself if your body isn't used to that kind of activity. Your muscles are not strong enough yet. As far as the muscle pain, those are little tears in the muscles. They do need to heal, so don't work out 7 days a week. It's through the healing process that more muscle is built. The healing happens during rest. You also need to trick the body by switching things up. The body becomes used to doing something if you stay with the same routines and you may not see the results that you seek. Message me and i can give you some examples of challenges that will help you out.

Warming up before exercise is also a good way to make sure your legs are not sore.
Check here:
If your legs are feeling the burn from high amounts of exercise, take a partial rest day and do low levels of exercise. The purpose of this is to increase the metabolic rate, which will remove the lactic acid buildup without creating more of it.
A light jog around the block is usually enough to get the metabolism going for the day.
Don't do it everyday cause then you're not giving your body time to recover. You'll over do it and can hurt yourself. Do it every other day and start slow. Remember to stretch before each session.

make sure you stretch after exercising, this will help prevent the pain from developing but you cannot avoid it completely. massages also help.
Give it a few weeks and you will be able to exercise without getting the pain.
the soreness is actually a sign that you are getting fitter (delayed onset muscle soreness) and is microscopic tears in the muscle tissue.Don't stretch too much before, very light if you want too... it can lead to injuries sometimes
But you want to stretch a lot after your done, that will reduce some of the pain
Other ways, get massages and the more you do it, the less it will hurtSounds like you're overdoing it. Heat packs, and stretches though. They're awesome. Also, water. Lots of water.
crystalt70 summed it up best BUT do not do squats (or any muscle group) 2 days in a row. Your muscles need at least 48 hrs. to recover.
The only exception is abs.Advil helps with muscles pain. Also try a heating pad.
