Girls, How to get smooth skin?

I've tried exfoliating, it doesn't work well. I see girls out there with legs and underarms that look like silk and I'm not stubbly or anything but am I missing something or do some girls just naturally have that and others no?

If your parents have a bad experience of acne then that's probably your answer. If not just wash your face every night with your body soap before going to sleep then put some moisturizer on your face. I don't like to put moisturizer on my forehead because it may clog it so it really depends on your liking.

moisturize everywhere after the shower every day-use a moisturiser for your skin type
exfoliate once a week
do face masks once a week according to skin type
see a trusted dermatologist for any skin issues

For me, it took a combination of exfoliating and microdermibrasion; I did with with my PMD, and I do this every 7 days.

Use baby oil to shave and use baby lotion all over (except the face).

what you need is to moisturize, not exfoliate.
