Am I dehydrated?

Yesterday i vomited twice and had severe diarrhea so i only drank two cups of tea since i couldn't keep any water down. Today i feel very tired , my mouth and lips are very dry and my eyes feel tired and right now i'm drinking a cup of tea but i haven't had any water yet since i feel nauseous.
do you think i'm dehydrated? And if that's the case what should i do?

If your unable to hold food down try drinking warm tea
eat White soda crackers with Coca Cola to settle your stomach
drink water real slow , if you have diarrhea your body is trying to
get rid of the germ especially if you had food poisoning you could
have some form of E coli . Try drinking Gatorade ( Powerade)
that replenishes the body but by all means drink liquids even
dry jello drink that it will help replenish your body and hope you
feel better. Sorry about you being sick. :(

When I'm in that position I keep drinking weak, non-iced, warm tea. Way more than a cup. I do a liter at a time. Try to eat something bland--like the BRAT diet they recommend at hospitals (bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast).

See a doctor if you can, and if have any concerns whatsoever. But weak, slightly sweet tea is what gets me through nausea.

I just reread your post and when I've had both nausea and vomiting it was sometimes food poisoning. Again, see a doctor if you have any concerns, but bland food and tea can really flush out all the bad stuff.

YES you need to drink a lot of water! Most people suffer from chronic dehydration because they never drink water. Hydration is extremely important to keeping healthy. I don't know if you are suffering from something else too, but only drinking tea, and only a little bit, isn't going to help much at all.

Drink Gatorade lots of Gatorade
