So since the beginning of 2015, I didn't exercise as much and I ate a lot more than the amount I use to eat. I got chubbier, and at first I thought that was good because my friends are always complaining about how skinny I was, but now I know* it's wrong. I don't like it, and just 5 months of bad diet/routine can make me lose a year's worth of effort.
If I jog twice a week (saturday and sunday) for about 15-30 minutes, and spend 20-40 minutes walking (so 1hr+ jogging and walking), will I be able to see results? How long will it take if I'm only doing it twice a week (since I have school till 4-5).
