everyone has abs, because everyone has abdominal muscles. however not everyones are on display because your bodyfat % has to be fairly low for them to show their definition. no matter how many ab exercises you do, you will not see your abs if you have a layer of fat over them. you get rid of these layers through exercise (a mix of cardio and weight training), but more so than that, nutrition is the KEY to getting abs.
you can use an online body fat % calculator to see where you stand (they are not completely accurate, but can give you an idea.)
The average body fat percentage for U. S. females is around 32%, with the ideal at 22%. Athletic females should be around 15-20%. You could have an eating disorder if you are below 10%.
my body fat percentage is estimated to be 16.83 % according to www.healthstatus.com/.../body-fat-percentage-calculator
and i can't even see great definition in my abdomen, however that is the most challenging place for me to tone up, as its the first place i gain weight, but everyones fat distribution is different, hence why you feel as if you can see your abs despite having a body fat % higher than the average person who would be able to see ab definition has. consider yourself a lucky one lol

It means you have muscular potential. It looks good to me, but if you want to tone it up more, than I guess go for it. Just make sure you don't overdo it. I want to touch it... Looks fun to touch. :D
Everyone has abs actually
Its just the fat being distributed and using the muscle underneath as the base support to sit on
