Thing is, I have grown quite chunky thighs because of this along with my stomach area, I can still wear most of my old clothing it's just quite tighter than it does need to be which helps seeing I don' need to lose really that much.

Lose the sugars and the salts, put yourself on a good healthy diet. Try walking 2-4 miles a day and in time, you will see the inches melt away, including in your thighs, along with some legwork.

When you're exercising, add in a heavy round of core and leg exercises. That will help tone the muscles in your thighs, making them firmer and tighter. Add that to your overall weight loss, and even if you're not just losing weight in your thighs, it sure will look like it.

You can't spot reduce fat 's overall fat loss means losing fat from thighs as well. So I would suggest cardio like the treadmill and the crosstrainer. You can help tone the muscles and build muscles by doing resistance training that is targeted at the legs. Start off light, you want to really lose the fat before gaining too much muscle there as it'll make it look too bulky
