Yes. I had to completely change my diet for medical reasons, I used to eat whatever I want (in moderation, but I ate meat, the occasional processed food but also mixed with a healthy diet). Now I am a low fat vegan, and not only am I really fit and feel great, but my skin and hair looks amazing. I don't wear make-up really, my face is always clear and "glows" and my hair is very soft and shiny. Since I exercise every day, I drink a lot more water and that helps, too.

Science has proven it. But a great diet doesn't necessarily mean great skin. I eat a decent vegan diet and drink water, but I still get acne. But if I was eating like shit, who knows how much worse it'd be.
Diet doesn't cause acne, that's a proven fact. But diet does affect your skin in other ways, Just like diet affects your hair because your hair is made of dead skin cells.
Fats are the most important for your skin and hair. As well as calcium and meats. Looks at a vegans hair and skin and you'll understand why meat is healthier.
Are you kidding? Nutrition is key to skin health, and SO many other things (literally everything actually). Vitamin/mineral/fatty acid and amino acid deficiencies are detrimental to your looks in general, especially skin

Fix your diet. You will feel better and look better.
It does to a large extent but it has nothing to do with acne and blackheads, more to do with your general complexion.
Diet impacts every single aspect of your health, so yes.
Multivitamins can't really hurt, but they're no subsstitute for a varied, healthy diet.i've seen overall improvement in my skin whenever i cut back on or eliminate dairy, eat more greens, and am well-hydrated
Yeah diet definitely impacts how your skin looks. When i'm eating healthy and drinking water my skin looks way better.
Yeah it does! Drinking a lot of water makes your skin appear fresh too.
Yeah your diet will affect things like skin, hair etc but remember a good intake of food does not mean good skin you need a variety of things.
