How do I look younger if I look older than 21 without plastic surgeries?

I know plastic surgeries make one look less attractive. I hate it when people say I look 25 or in my twenties. I wish I look 15 instead of my age. I am the only young woman with severe anxiety and bitterness. I rarely exercise and lack sleep most nights. What should I do so that I could at least look 2 years younger than my age? All women are supposed to be beautiful and provide a perfect feminine touch. I know if I look older than I look I am unhealthy.

You might want to look into Japanese make up tips. I've seen 50 year olds look like they were 20.

Well you can't change your genetics. Maybe if you cut back on some of those bad habits, it can slow the aging process. You can also change your hairstyle, makeup, clothing or lose/gain weight and that will help. Those things might drop a few years off your perceived age but if you look 25 its probably not going to help you look as young as 15 so I think your goal is unrealistic.
by the way plastic surgery shouldn't make one look less attractive unless its extreme or botched.

If I exercise, would that at least make me look like my age. I eat right or wear anti-aging cream on my face, would that help look younger.

Well you should exercise for your health not for looks. However weight loss may help. It just depends on how you look because some people look younger with weight gain and some people look the same age no matter how much weight the gain or lose.
I don't think anti aging creams reverses aging. Its more to lessen the signs of aging in your skin.
If you're dehydrated, drinking more water can help you look younger (but don't overdo it you can get sick from too much water)
