I personally think that your body looks like it's in a good weight zone for you, but if you're not quite happy with how your clothes fit, instead of trying to lose more weight, tone up. Start doing yoga or pilates and do a little more with weights. I think the results from these exercises will really boost your confidence as it lengthens your body. And don't forget - you've just lost 20 lbs. It's going to take a while to get used to your new, beautiful body!
Dont worry. You have a nice body:-) If you do want to tone up a bit try and fit in some exercises during the day. Do some sit ups in the morning along with squats. But you don't need to really.
I think you look great. No need to lose any more weight. Certainly not 15 pounds. It's better (and I'd say more attractive) to be at a nice healthy weight than to get really thin. You really don't have the extra weight to lose.
You're a little thick in the thighs, do some jogging, stairs, and squats and that should fix you up.
Well first of all, I disagree. I think her legs look good. Second of all you can't spot target fat loss. Squats would add muscle to her hamstrings, glutes, and quads. It would add to the mass of thighs if anything. Of course if the right plan is followed you can tone them from leg exercises, but it won't do much in terms of making them smaller. A bit of muscle in her thighs as well. I don't know if she plays any sports, but it looks like she has some good muscle development in her thighs and calves which could be a result of sports. She might want to consider toning her legs a bit, but there's no need to lose any weight there.
No she's not toned a all, as can be seen in the slightly protruding gut, and she doesn't have quite a bit of muscles in her thighs, what you see there is mostly fat. Exercising in that area will burn the fat and produce more densely packed muscle which will reduce the girth of her legs and tone them at the same time.
