Why? Because in push ups I can hardly do 3 decent pushes in a row, and in sit ups I just can't seem to lift more than a quarter of my back! 😖
How decent do you think this is for a man my age? (Who I admit very rarely exercises.)
I feel like such a weakling... 😔
And not just because of my "skills", but because of how I look atm.
But I'm probably just ranting about how I feel right now though, huh? Sorry if I am... 😕
