Well yeah - you are what you eat, basically. When you eat fatty, greasy shit full of cholesterol and little to no vital nutrients, your skin and hair is going to be greasy/oily, and you skin will break out in acne and look ashen and unhealthy. When you cut that shitty food out and start eating healthy, your whole body changes. Exercise and good hygiene practices work wonders as well.

Yes. I had to switch diets for medical reasons. After eating this new healthy diet for over a year, my hair is soft and shiny, I lost weight but look healthy and my skin is really clear. I don't even need to wear make-up, my skin has a natural glow to it now.
As anal as I am about skin care, I definitely do notice this, and this is why I do my best to eat clean most of the time.
Other health benefits matter too, but my visage is something that I care about looking good.
P. S. I quit smoking tobacco mainly because of the effects I saw it have on my skin (not as vibrant, more acne breakouts)
I look worse and feel worse. It's like being invited to a Star Wars film marathon and being told that you're watching in chronological order. You go from elation to capitulation in a snap of a finger.

Wow you didn't realize that eating shit food will make you look like shit? Lol.
Everyone listen, EVERYTHING about your body is dependent on your diet and lifestyle. EVERYTHING.
I notice my bowel movement is more predictable to, like for real.
I've tried that and I honestly didn't notice a difference. That's probably because I'm a vegetarian and already eating pretty healthy anyways, though.
Yes I do notice that my skin looks better when I slow down on sugar and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I also notice an immediate change in my skin when I sleep earlier and better (with no stress).
My roommate mentioned this. I try to eat clean in general - and yeah I think it does make sense.
I don't eat shit food, but if I have been ill and unable to eat I look pale and pasty.
mine looks worse for the first week because i get pimples from my body releasing toxins. then i look great
I didn't even know that.
Whelp... better start eating clean then...Another thing that helps is both skin moisturizer/sunscreen and adequate rest. If I go a week on 5-6 hours sleep a night, I look older, and if I get 7-7 1/2, I look myself again.
Of course it will be because of the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.
Try the vegan food for 1 month, I swear you'll have the most beautiful skin ever!
Is that all you ate?
I heard it makes a huge difference but didn't see much result on my skin.Yeah that's why I always eat clean. 👍
