Anyone else notice your skin looks better when you eat clean?

It's dramatic. When I was eating out all the time my skin looked discolored dull and dead and greasy. Started eating healthy and clean. Egg whites.. Tuna.. Fish.. chicken breast.. brown Rice.. Avacados. More water. The difference is huge. It's only been 4 days. Didn't realize that diet makes that much of a difference. Anyone else notice a huge difference?
