How to know if I have dry skin on face?

A bit stupid question, I know. But I feel like my face (where cheeks are) is dry and foreheard is oily.
My hair is naturally oily and I since I used to have problems with acne, I'd use lotions which seemed to dry my skin - except forehead (because of fringes/bangs).

So what do you think? How do you know if you have dry skin on FACE?

Dry lips is an indication of dry skin. But people get dry skin in diffrent areas of the body. Specific areas that are dry could be because you are using make up that is drying your skin even more.

Having Rash or itchy skin in general is also a sign of dry skin.

if your "T" zone (your forehead/nose/chin) is oily and the rest of your face dry it means that you have combination skin

If you peel that could mean you have dry skin just don't shower for a couple of days because that could be a reason you might have dry skin
