Should you eat a little bit more food when you start lifting weights?
If you want to gain muscle then yes. If you're trying to bulk up, eat lots of protein (at least one gram per pound of body weight). You're going to want to plan meals. It seems to work best if you eat six meals a day. I highly recommend you cook your own food too. Eat a lot of nuts, meat, veggies, eggs, etc. If you're serious about gaining muscle check out the book "Bigger, Leaner, Stronger" by Michael Matthews, this guy is great and knows what he's talking about.

Definitely! The body needs more calories to be able to properly recover from those workouts.
