I eat more nutritionally overall, and I eat a few "not-so-bad junk foods".
Outside of ice cream (not the premium stuff, the regular stuff without extra sugar and fat), tortilla chips (including Doritos), and the occasional soda... I don't eat much junk food at all. I'm not into eating a lot of sweets, or drinking soda all the tie.

It depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to just loose weight or do you want to actually be healthy?
If your avoiding junk food isn't the only thing left healthy food? Not really understanding how your gonna avoid junk food but not eat healthy so your not gonna eat anything at all?
I think you have two do both! If you don't the tummy will never go away!

It's a good practice to have a varied diet, than you automatically incorporate some healthy and less healthy things but generally the overall story will be okay :D
I try to eat healthy most days.
