Do you have to eat healthy or is it enough to simply avoid junk food?

I don't plan on eating healthy but I do want to get enough vegetables and protein and omega 3 in my diet. I also want to avoid foods that are obviously bad for you like pizza, ice cream, chocolate, mochas, lattes, lasanga and restaurant forms of spaghetti or friend noodles / rice. I won't eat healthy but I will avoid junk food. Hopefully after 2 years - I will be the size I want to be.
