Fruit is good as long as you don't have too much
A handful of nuts
Ryvitas (or if you don't have them in your country some kind of plain cracker) with a healthy topping like avocado and tomato, or natural peanut butter etc
Protein is a good snack because it keeps you full- sometimes I just have a can of tuna between meals
Tea helps me sometimes too, keeps me hydrated and if it's a tasty herbal tea it can be satisfying too
Nuts and trail mixes are awesome! Peanut butter is awesome too! Even dehydrated fruits, you can even do the good old veggies and dip.. granola bars that are all natural are excellent and super yummy anyway!
nuts are good. some kinds of granola is ok, but not great (it's carb heavy and often sweetened and processed, not much better than junk food). fruit is a good snack. I keep trail mix at my desk at work.
apples and peanut butter is a great snack, sweet and savory, lots of nutrition. just don't overdo the peanut butter.
I snack on trail mix of mostly nuts.
And you can eat most vegetables without worry as well.

I usually snack on fruits instead, there's always a big bag of grapes around my house for that reason.

oranges, apples, bananas, lowfat yogurt
Nuts, dried fruit (😖 besides dried cherries 😋), regular fruit, granola, frozen yogurt etc..
