Start by look for the one thing that makes you happy a hobby or sport just doing things that you enjoy can start you on the path to good self esteem keep yourself busy it will help. I'm not an expert you are your own person but this method is helping me with my depression so it might help you but then different circumstances different people.

Time heals. Sometimes life throws crap at us. Sometimes it seems like it all happens at once. But we are strong enough to keep going. Us humans have an amazing capacity for survival. Sometimes we have someone to lean on. Sometimes we go it alone.
