No, it's not. I know of fruitarians who have ate nothing but fruit a lot longer than 10 days and they recovered from a variety of illnesses that no doctor could cure. Most people will post a load of ignorant drivel and tell you that it's not healthy, but I judge by results and eating nothing but fruit has done wonders for many people. Of course, you will need some fat and protein in your diet at some point, but only a small amount. A gorilla mostly eats fruit and leafy greens, and in fact the strongest animals in the world are vegetarians. Bananas are also a good source of protein, which any gorilla will tell you. I usually have about 30 pieces of organic fruit a day. Try it. It works.
Depends on the goal. If you're on a cleanse and your body actually could use one, then sticking to fruits/veggies/juice/water could be good for you.

Yes, extremely. You need protein and carbs for proper bodily functions or your muscles will begin to break down. If you go on a complete plant-based diet, you need to still include these substitutes.

No it's not unhealthy you just need to pick the right fruits, maybe add in a few vegetables as well. People often say you cannot get enough of the essential nutrients from plant based foods, but this is a lie, you've just got to know what to do.
