Does anyone else find it hard to sleep when there upset?

I had a fight with my boyfriend and now I can't get to sleep at night. Does this happen to anyone else my head just can't seem to shut off? Do you have any tips to get to sleep because at this stage I'll listen to any advice ☺️

All the time. My parents use to say that I would go asleep mad about something and then wake up mad about it. Take a breath and remember that the past is the past and when it comes to the future I don't know about you but my crystal ball is broken and I can't see into the future so don't stress about tomorrow.

just go to the pharmacy and get some sleep aid pills. just dont get used to them

Yes, I know the feeling. The thoughts, conversations, arguments are all swirling around in your mind. Listen to relaxing or happy music. Watch something that makes you laugh. Talk to a loved one.

Yes, I do for other reasons and I'm pretty sure this is why I go around tired all the time.
