buiuuiit... I used to binge badly. And today I came home for vacation & just saw all this food... And thought hey, I deserve it. So I gorged. And now I feel disgusting yet not. My bloated stomach and nausea (I'm a lot to throw up) are getting to me. I have 5 days the next 5 days with all different guys.. What if they notice? Will I look a lot bigger? How do I feel better by tomorrow besides guzzling water? I feel the fluid retention and sweat already. Ugh. Did I gain weight?
if you're curious, I ate:
a slice of whipped chocolate pie
2 small bags of cheddar chips
3 pieces of cinnamon bread
1 sourdough bread
1 large pita bread
1 tablespoon of butter
5 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/4 package of ready to go pudding with skim and LOTS of whipped cream
leftover Asian sticky rice and chicken (3/4 cup)
Half a caramel fiber one bar
tablespoon of choc chips
tablespoon shredded cheese
and this was in addition to my 1,200 for the day.
what did I do? I have no desire to do this again & I am so ready to be healthy again.
And 5 dates*
