How much weight is possible to lose in just 3 weeks?

Hoping to lose bit more weight than what i already have before Christmas etc how much can reasonably lose in 3 weeks if workin out and eating well? ... just the depend?

It depends.

If we're talking about fat a normal amount of loss per week is 1-2 pounds. If you're high enough overweight however you can drop more than that.

If you mean just overall weight you can drop 10 pounds in a week if you wanted. But that's just cleaning the crap out of your system. You'll look and feel better, but it's not a longterm weightloss

I was 9st 3 then went upto 11st9 I've now got down to 10st 11 so was tryin to get to 10 st before Christmas but might not be able to healthily just need to see i suppose

The more fit you are, the more you can lose. Someone opposing that - the more fat you have, the more you can lose.

I've dropped 25 lbs in 4 weeks while eating 3 meals a day.

You mention 'more weight than you have'. If you've been dieting, you're not going to get the same losses as someone who hasn't been.

Yeahh i went from 9st 3 to 11st9 but managed to get down to 10st11 so far so still got a wee bit to go

Depends on how much you weigh, if you are undoubtedly overweight you can lose about 9-12 pounds in 3 weeks, if your a skinny girl like myself and you think you are overweight "hunny ur not going to lose very much in 3 weeks" 2 pounds at best.

It depends on your initial weight you need a certain amount of calories to maintain your body weight and then for every 2500 cal you do not you lose a pound

Depends how much you weight. A 400lb person can probably lose 50lbs and be okay. While a 120lb person that is already fit might lose 2lbs in 3weeks. It would be harder for the fit person to lose those 2lbs.

Make sure you get all your nutrition, vitamins, afterwards stick to a diet of eating salad and eggs once or twice a day.

And be sure to drink enough water.

Yeahh will do i do struggle with ideas for healthy meals snacks etc and do drink quite a lot of water but not as much should be so need to try harder

I recommend though, as I am not a licensed doctor, that you visit one, and have him/her assist you in the process of losing weight.

Realistically about 2 pounds a week which would be 6 pounds in 3 weeks

But thats just my experience with weight loss

Probably about 35 or 40 pounds, but that's not a great idea. You'd have to starve yourself completely, and exercise very hard.

I'd say to stick to try for 10, but even that is somewhat unhealthy.

Yeah would wana do it healthy way still need to lose a stone and abit but not sure of ill lose that in time for Christmas even some off it ill be quite happy haha just dont have patience for the weight comin off i know i know it can take time just want back to where i was quick as possible haha

In a healthy way? I'm guessing about 10 pounds. From what I've been told by health coaches is that more than 2 pounds a week can be damaging. Or was it a day? I would check with your local health coach/professionals.

hmm... the most I lost was 6lbs but now i can do 3lbs

Yeah my teacher who is a nutritions say that its best to lose one pound of week because you don't want lose muscle!

3 kg is the maximum recommended. More than that is just too fast.
