The best fatloss exercise is sprinting. Sprinting drops fat faster than anything else (just look at sprinters, they're absolutely shredded).
The second best fatloss workout would be a cardio complex. That's basically a series of exercises done one after the other without ever putting down the bar. This takes a LOT of determination, but has the second best results. The best complex for girls that I know of is: Deadlift, Romanian Deadlift, Bent over row, upright row (or hang clean if you want), front squat, push press, back squat, and good mornings.
Do 10 reps of each exercise, all without putting down the bar. Then take 90 seconds of rest. Then do 9 reps of each, with 90 secs of rest after the series. continue until you finish the series of all 1 rep sets.
This is really fast weightloss if you eat well. (You CANNOT do low carb with this workout, you will not have enough energy). Just go light on the fat and carbs, but still eat. Stop drinking milk (I know it's kinda random, but even skim milk isn't necessary if you want fast fat loss).

Don't think of it as losing weight or you'll be fighting a losing battle. Instead, focus on changing your lifestyle to be more healthy and active. Depending on your current fitness level, start small and go from there. For example, if you are not active at all then start with daily walks then move up to going for runs. Start going to the gym after you get a little more active. Even better, signup for sports where you are running around and having fun (so you won't even notice you're exercising).
Also, focus on changing your eating habits. Stop going to fast food places. If you do go, go once a month at most. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Google healthy eating and you will get a ton of websites giving you tips and ideas for meals and planning.
drink lots of water and green tea. I love green tea. green tea helps break down fat and lipids. also try to eat more fruit, vegetables and healthy stuff.
engage in physical activity like running. and anything else that burns calories. eat small portions. that sort of thing.

I couldn't agree with wanacot more. Treat like a lifestyle. Don't fixate on the numbers, they won't be what you would wish for to be. Make it a habit, something you do religiously, instinctively no matter what. Enjoy the moment. Be happy that you're doing something good for yourself every day and leave it at that. It's all about your mindset.
