Just so its out there, im not unhappy with my body and my butt is perky, but its not close to a squat butt (in my opinion). AND i dont want an huge butt or anything, but thinking about i should have noticed a difference right?
I did squats almost every day for 6 months and didn't really see a different, i got a lot stronger for sure, but i didn't really see a difference (even though i didn't do it for the looks).
so do you have to do it for years to see a difference?
And yes i had the right tecnique ( i got profesjonal hjelp from powerlifters) and i got a lot of compliments becuase i was able to do very deep squats too.
Is there a chance i just haven't notices?
It looks something similar to this butt,, except its not airbrushed lol
