Ok so over the course of the last few months I got really bad dark circles. Mostly due to working weird hours and not sleeping. They've never been bad before and usually just went away once I got on a schedule. I've been keeping a regular schedule lately and get more sleep but they aren't fading as fast as they did before. What are some ways to speed up the process?

apply to affected area
daytime hernia creams, tea bags
bedtime toothpaste advertised to "whiten"
no alcohol, coffee or dark tea - 1 week
1 baby aspirin/day
exercise min 1/2hr/day, the more the better but not before bedtime.. get bonus effect from swimming in chlorinated pools

Sometimes they can be caused by unbalanced blood sugar or allergies. Do you also get the puffiness? Good sleep is the best cure for dark circles.
