M3 Score: 66. Chance of a disorder: High.
Your M3 Score is in the high range as compared to individuals already known to be suffering from a mood or anxiety disorder. This is cause for real concern, as it indicates your symptoms are impacting your life and general health. Read carefully the information and recommendations below concerning your risk of each of the four conditions described.
Depression: High
Your responses on the depression scale indicate that there is over a 90% chance that you are suffering from depression.
Anxiety: Medium
Your responses on the anxiety scale indicate that you have a 50% chance of suffering from an anxiety disorder.
PTSD: Low
Many individuals suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) respond to the scale as you did. Yet, because PTSD is less common than other mood and anxiety disorders, your risk of PTSD is just 1 in 8 and 50% chance that you are suffering from a related mood or anxiety condition. (Naturally, if you have experienced a traumatic event or events, this fact increases the likelihood of a PTSD diagnosis.)
Bipolar: High
There is nearly a 50% likelihood that you are suffering from a bipolar disorder. On the other hand, your responses indicate that you have a 1 in 3 chance of suffering from another mood or anxiety disorder.
Got a red flag, guess I'm fucked lol

guess my mom does know a thing or two then.. 😅
I am at 92... I... :( it's not surprising because j have multiple mental disorders. I have BPD, anxiety, and I have shown signs of eating disorders.
"Your HIGH overall M3 Score indicates that you should contact your physician or a mental health care provider as soon as possible to begin a discussion of your M3 results. It is important for you to share these results with your physician.
Your response to question #5, which asks about thoughts of suicide, raises a red flag. For assistance please contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK, or go to the nearest emergency room for immediate treatment.
It is very important, first of all, to point out that having such a thought does not automatically place you at risk for actual suicide. On the other hand, individuals who report suicidal thinking on closer examination are usually found to have a mood or anxiety disorder. This is true even for those who feel that due to life circumstances they have legitimate reasons for having such thoughts. Given this fact, it is crucial that you present your M3 results to your physician and to begin a discussion of this very issue."
Downvoted for what? Ugh...

74/100.
Mentally you can.
Your responses have been analyzed and compared to the responses of other individuals with and without mood and anxiety disorders. What you will find below is as assessment of your risk for Depression, an Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Read over your results carefully. Where it is appropriate, the M3 recommends that you pursue a further discussion of your results with a physician or mental health provider. Mood and anxiety disorders can affect not only your general sense of well being but your physical health as well, increasing the risk or severity of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, chronic pain and other chronic ailments.

Your WhatsMyM3 responses suggest that you are not suffering from a mood or anxiety disorder at the present time. However, before closing the book on this matter there are a few points you should consider.
. A small percentage of individuals with mood or anxiety disorders fail to be picked up by the M-3 Checklist. Therefore, if despite reaching this point you find yourself experiencing troubling mood or anxiety related symptoms then you should present your concerns to your primary care physician or proceed directly to an emergency room.
. A tendency to underestimate the effects of your symptoms on friendships, home or work life may have resulted in an "all is well" report when perhaps this is not strictly true. Call it "denial", not wishing to complain, or simply trying to "tough it out," under-reporting trouble could backfire and cause you more distress in the future. Avoid the pitfall of assuming that the way you feel "is to be expected considering my circumstances." While bad feeling

I got 28. I'm really pretty stable. I used to struggle with anxiety, back when I was in high school, but I kicked it's ass.
LOL you again. Did you "kick its ass" or did you just get treated for it?
I got 36. "... responses suggest that you are not suffering from a mood or anxiety disorder at the present time." It does state at the top that Scores of 33 or greater mean that your life may be impacted by a mood disorder, and my doctor has said I suffer from mild anxiety, so that's probably why I'm 3 points above.
Mine is 73. I have a high risk of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It's a low risk that I'm bipolar, which I know I'm not. It suggests that I go to the emergency room for "treatment".
That's what it said for me too. I dunno. :p
Wow, that sucks. :/ @RainbowFanGirl
Scored 71, I'm not surprised. Kicking the disorders is a long process. :)
I have 30% and my highest is 80 - 90% for depression. Barely anything for anxiety, ptsd or bi-polar.
My results show I suffer more from Anixety and that's true.
52%, so not too bad but my chance of disorder is high. Not that I didn't already know that :P
Is it the blue square number? 41 .
Give me this.
